Beef Marinade C

By Jessica Cameron Makes approximately 2 cups

  • 1  Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • ½ Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • ½ Cup Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tblsp Grated Fresh Ginger
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, Grated
  • 1 Tblsp Dried Green Onion
  • 1 Teas Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Teas Szechuan Style Pepper Blend
  • 2 Teas Ginger Powder

Combine all ingredients and let stand on the counter at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to marry together.

Use this marinade for beef to be used in Asian stir fry.  Suggestion: tenderize the beef with a jaccard to get the maximum flavor saturation during the marinating process.  Suggest minimum marination of 60 minutes to overnight.
