Beef Marinade B

Makes approximately 2 cups
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup A-1 sauce
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ½ cup red vermouth
- 2 teaspoons dried roasted garlic
- 2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
That's "B" for Basic. This is a general use marinade for any beef application whether its grilling, braising, stewing, or roasting.
