Beef Marinade B

Makes approximately 2 cups

  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup A-1 sauce
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup red vermouth
  • 2 teaspoons dried roasted garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley

That's "B" for Basic.  This is a general use marinade for any beef application whether its grilling, braising, stewing, or roasting.
