Pork Marinade

  • 2 tblsp Liquid smoke hickory 
  • 1 tblsp Sweet Paprika smoked 
  • 2 tblsp Black pepper 
  • 3 tblsp Onion dried 
  • 1 cup Grape seed oil  
  • 6-7 cloves Garlic grated
  • 2 tblsp Ginger grated
  • 4 Bay leaves 
  • 2 tblsp Toasted mustard seed ground 
  • 2 tblsp Toasted cumin seed ground 
  • 1 cup Orange juice 
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice

Whisk together and let sit 30 minutes to blend flavors. Add your meat to marinate minimum 1 hour up to 24 hours.
