Turkey (Brine in my Fall Turkey Brine <Note the Apple Juice option> for 36 hours)
Rinsed and stuffed with fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, fresh Italian Parsley, lemon wedges, and apple wedges outside of the turkey, between the skin and the meat, an Herbed butter (butter, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, lemon Juice) was rubbed covering the whole breast area

I can testify on behalf of these dishes cause I was there. The food was unbelievable. My wife and I had Thanksgiving three days in a row via leftovers. MMM, MMM, GOOD.
