Tartar Sauce

- 1 cup olive oil mayonnaise
- Juice of 2 medium lemons
- 2 oz Capers, roughly chopped
- 2- 3” German Dill Pickles, finely diced as in a relish (approximately ¼ cup)
- ¼ Tsp of Dried Dill
- 1 Tbsp of Minced Dried Green Onion
- 1 Tbsp Freshly ground black, white, red and green pepper corns
- 1 Tsp honey
Chill for at least an hour prior to serving to allow flavors to blend.
Makes approximately 1 ½ cups of tartar sauce
