Artichoke Dipping Sauce

Eddy Cameron A 1997 Original
Makes approx 1/3 of a cup - perfect for 2 medium artichokes or 1 large one
- 3 tblsp of mayonnaise (we use Saffola for a healthy choice)
- 1 tblsp of yellow mustard
- 1 tsp of dried mustard
- 1 tsp of crushed dry dill
- 1 tblsp of lemon juice*
Mix thoroughly and chill until the artichokes are ready to eat.
* Start with the above measurements than adjust to your personal preference. We tend to add a bit more lemon juice. All depends if you want a more mustardy flavor, lemon, flavor, or a stronger dill flavor. Up to you!
